Update payment details from the same account or store where you started your Aquila VPN subscription. Payment providers may require an additional verification step.
Aquila VPN support will never ask you to send a full card number, security code, or account password in a support question.
Steps
- Open the Aquila VPN subscription or billing page.
- Select Manage payment method or the equivalent option.
- Enter the new payment details through the secure payment provider form.
- Confirm that the new method is shown before the next renewal date.
