Why can’t I access a streaming service?

A service may block VPN traffic, keep an old region in its cache, or require a location that Aquila VPN does not currently provide. The service may also restrict VPN use under its own terms.

First separate a general connection problem from a single-service problem. If ordinary websites work but one service does not, the issue is likely specific to that service or its cached session.

Steps

  1. Confirm that other websites load normally while connected to Aquila VPN.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect to another available location.
  3. Close and reopen the affected app or browser.
  4. Clear the service’s cookies or cached site data, then sign in again if needed.
  5. If the service continues to block access, use the service without the VPN or contact its support team.
