You can cancel a subscription from the Aquila VPN account area. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not normally remove access immediately from a period that has already been paid for.
Before confirming, check the plan, renewal date, and any refund terms shown on screen. Keep the confirmation email or screenshot for your records.
Steps
- Sign in to Aquila VPN and open the subscription or billing section.
- Select the active plan and choose Manage subscription or Cancel subscription.
- Review the renewal date and cancellation details.
- Confirm the cancellation and wait for the confirmation message.
- Return to the account page later to verify that automatic renewal is off.
